Siham has been instrumental in support to students and in particular engaging and encouraging the rich cultural diversity of all students in their academic learning, this was apparent with my Diploma in Pacific Rim Tourism students. As editor of QNewZ I worked closely with Dr El-Kafafi. Her QNewZ columns were always engaging and informative. Dr El-Kafafi is able to take complex academic leadership knowledge and research explaining it in a way that is both accessible and relevant to the nominated audience, from front line managers to CEOs.
